To me, Pearl sounds best with a three syllable middle name, but they may depend on your surname.

My favourite is Pearl Saskia; so fun and spunky. I also like Pearl Cosima flow wise.

@babies123456: Pearl Ava was actually on my list but I decided I prefer Ava in a different combo. I also enjoy Pearl Miriam, Pearl Rowena, and Pearl Adela.

@grackym: Pearl does tend to flow a bit better with a three syllable name.

Pearl Miriam is very sweet! It's definitely one I'm going to be thinking a bit more about.
