My first choices would’ve been Vittoria and Emiliana, but I personally find them both to be too close to Valentina and Liliana for comfort. My third (but still very loved) choice is Elisabetta. I find her a perfect addition to her siblings!

I voted for Elisabetta! I like Emiliana a lot, but not with the similar-sounding Liliana.

Thank you! As of right now Elisabetta is leading. But, is it a tongue twister?

Elisabetta is quite nice! Ignoring the siblings names, I like Emiliana the most, but it is definitely too close to Liliana. May I also suggest Amadea? Not as long as the other names, but just one letter shorter than Liliana. It's the feminine form of Amadeus, so it's a slighty-subtle tribute to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, if you're into that. Nicoletta is also along the lines of your current names. Rosina (my name), is also a pretty Italian name imo, but it's definitely a lot shorter than your current girls and guys.
I'm a nerdy student, aspiring author, and an absolute namenerd.

Ladies: Alice, Amadea, Astraea, Athena, Eris, Lucia, Octavia, Salem, Venezia, Victoria
Gents: Adrien, Alexei, Amadeus, Damien, Edward, Erik, Ezio, Knox, Leonardo, Leopold, Lincoln, Linnaeus, Octavian, Revere, Soren, Sterling, Theodore

Winner combos: Ophelia Jade & Revere Castiel

Favorite character names (fn/mn/ln): Leopold Amadeus Endrizzi, Revere Astreal, Carina Norcross, Lucia Catherine Livingston

All absolutely beautiful names! You really can't go wrong here I don't think, they are all charming names that suit your other children's names very nicely. My personal favorite is Elisabetta, I just find it to be so fresh and yet timeless, highly romantic sounding, and endless nickname options, should she or you ever eventually decide to use one (my favorite option is Etta, personally). I don't find it to be a tongue twister at all, no more complicated to say than any of your other lovely picks.
Good luck, I hope you settle on a name you love!
