I love Clara and can picture it on many different personality types. I personally feel neutral about Cora.

    Hi @xavierxlaurence,

I would recommend the names Clara and Cora equally.

To me, Clara's name image is even more aristocratic, and Cora's name image is even more soft and sweet.

Cora was on my list, but not useable with my surname. I love it!

I have a daughter Tara and read Clara the same way, but always kind of wish it had a Claire-ah sound. I think it may have been on my list at some point too!

But, as of right now, I favour Cora

Cora feels warm but sharp and tough; Clara is clear, bright and versatile. I slightly prefer Clara but both are lovely

I much prefer Cora. Clara feels so overdone to me. Cora is more unique, sweet, and vintage... at least that's how I perceive it.

Clara feels sort of posh and reminds me of the Nutcracker and the little girl from Heidi. I also get tripped up with the multiple pronunciations. Cora feels much more straightforward and down to earth.

Cora is a sweet name, but I love Clara. Clara is a very elegant name. It is timeless and beautiful.
