Lightbulb Looking for a transgender male name

Hello, I am a new member and I am a transgender male. I have been going by the name Lukas, but I need to choose a different one because my brother has the same name (spelled Lucas). I am unsure of where to start looking for a new name, so I decided to take suggestions here.
I am a fan of names that sound masculine but at the same time gender-neutral, like Luka or Kennedy.

Hello The suggestion I got when looking for a name was to list out fictional characters or real life role models that you like, look up to or can relate to, and choose one from there. Don't go for a name just because it sounds cool to you at the moment. Because your tastes will change in five or ten years. Pick one that you want to grow into, one that speaks deeply to you, that you feel comfortable and want to carry for life.

I like a lot of the names suggested previously. I also think Kieran fits the bill and is worth a thought.

Awesome suggestions, everyone. And a really interesting name question. I wonder why you chose the name Lukas? What appealed to you about it? Maybe the key to finding a new name is looking beyond gender neutral
Names to names that relate to Lukas in other meaningful ways. Maybe other names that mean light or that end in S or have two
Syllables and has soft consonants and either end and a hard one in the middle. Hmmm berries, you could all have a field day with that last one! Anyway, Lukas, I’d love to hear more as choosing the right name is so central to your new identity. It bears a lot of thought !!

Hmm, I understand your need to find a different name.

For something close to Lukas, I thought Lachlan was a good bet. It's got the hard "k" sound in the middle and the same starting letter.

But, it you're on the market for something a bit further afield, the name Lukas always make me think of the name Ronan. Thoughts?

    Other than that:

    Grayson
    Linus
    Landon
    Simon

Hope you find what you're looking for!
