Poll - Which spelling of this name?

    Hi there.

I love the name Isabel, Isabelle and Isobel. I would like opinions on which spelling you prefer the most. My boyfriend and I can not decide between us with both of us liking at least two different spellings each.

Please vote on the spelling you like most and if you have time please comment the reason why.

    Thanks all.

This is so hard. I like all the spellings and flip flop between all 3.

I love both Isabel and Isobel and flip back and forth between which I prefer more. I prefer both to Isabelle, though, as I like that they’re pared back and not frilly!

I adore both Isobel and Isabel. I slightly prefer the Scottish spelling, Isobel, for personal reasons. I totally dislike the Isabelle spelling, it turns me off the name.

I like all of them! Isabelle is my favorite spelling. I love the -elle ending. Isabel is also very pretty. In my mind, Isabel looks more traditional/classic while Isabelle fits more into modern choices. Isobel is a great name, but I don't pronounce it exactly like Isabel or Isabelle.

I like Isabelle the best. The 'belle' ending makes it look so distinctly feminine and pretty.

Isabel is the one I've seen the most, but I have bad personal associations with the name. Isabelle is my favourite -- I love how the -elle ending looks.

I like Isabelle and Isobel. I pronounce them slightly differently to each other, so for me your preferred pronunciation would dictate the spelling.
