For some reason it feels very 1970s to me. It's quite nice, though.

I love Saffron, I first heard it on a really awesome character, and I’ve loved it ever since. It feels very versatile to me; Saffron could be tough and no nonsense, laid back and cool, or passionate and spontaneous. I think it’s a beautiful name that evokes some great imagery too.

Gives me earthy, hippie vibes. It has a very pretty flow to it.

I really like it! Saffron makes me think about an energetic and creative person. This name sounds modern, exotic and warm. It is a very interesting and distinctive choice for a girl!

    Hi there.

I'm assuming that you mean for a girl? I like it. It's a bit mysterious, but also sounds like a smarty witty romantic girl. I don't mean romantic in a over dramatic way; just like in a thoughtful beautiful way. And honestly, it's one of the few names that I like for boys or girls. I like it for boy, because it reminds me of a character that I read in a book who was a boy. Although, I think that was Safran. It was a long time ago, but remember finding it very cool.

    Hope this helps.

I also thought the name had a bit of a 1970s vibe. I prefer Sage, Juniper, or Rosemary.
