    For middles, I'd consider
    Casey Jude and Taylor Poppy
    Casey Arthur and Taylor Florence
    Casey Flynn and Taylor Skye
    Casey Elliot and Taylor Wren

Casey is more of a girls name to me, and while I find Taylor truly unisex, I would give it to the boy.

Both sound like girls to me but I’ve met boys with both. So doing it based on what I prefer, Taylor for a boy and Casey for a girl.

I'd assume a Casey were a girl since my niece is a Kacey. Taylor seems more masculine to me as well.

What would I choose for middles? That's so, so difficult since they're not my style. Hm... How about Casey Meadow and Taylor James? Casey Meadow just seems sweet and Taylor James is a shameless play on James Taylor's name.

Definitely Casey for a boy and Taylor for a girl. As for middle names, maybe something like Casey Alexander and Taylor Isabelle; something more gender specific in the middle. Or you could go the totally opposite route with unisex names like Casey Wren and Taylor Scout. I like both options.
