Honestly I would just use it, Luke Dean you both like both names... Maybe kinda a cool cowboy name but it's ok, flow isn't everything. Remington is cool though too .. Luke Remington Dean? If you want multiple middles. But really if Dean is meaningful and Luke is THE name, I would go for it.

I love Luke! I think Luke Dean works, but if you're hesitant on it...

    What about...

    Lachlan
    Cedric
    Malcolm
    Caleb
    Jack
    Ian
    Gordon
    Joan | Felicity | Evangeline | Winifred | Elizabeth | Mae | Alice | Dorothy | Bernadette | Eleanor

    William | Conrad | Leonard | Ian | Lionel | Barnaby | Isaac | Hugo | Grover | Harvey

It should hang more on the Luke than the Dean.
Do you love Luke? Use it.
Middle names only show up in special and formal occasions.
And no one is going to bat an eyelash at Luke Dean Surname.
They're both good, strong names, with a similar feel.
Unless you imagine yourself using the double-barrel first-middle every time you call him, really the only thing you have to settle is the first name. Do you love Luke?
