    Couple Name

Hey everyone. So, needless to say, I'm writing a book, and I would like the main couple to have names that sound nice together. I've decided on James for the boy, but I'm not sure about the girl.

    I have a few ideas:

    Ada
    Alexa
    Alexis
    Annabeth
    Ava
    Eleanor
    Isabel
    Lena
    Lydia

    Opinions? Suggestions?

    Thanks!

I like Ada and James, I'd definitely stick to something two syllable.
    Holly and James
    Dana and James
    Luka and James
    Kaitlynn and James
    like any of those?

I would go with Ada or Ava. I think it really depends on personality or feeling the character gives you.

James is such a generic timeless English male name that it's really hard to say without more information. Is this 16th century England? The rural American South during the antebellum period? 70s Hong Kong? What's their ethnic and class background, and what else do you want to convey about them through their names?
