    I know a male Skyler who is in his 40s so I think it ages fine. And I do prefer it on a male. I also think it fits well into many name categories: surnames, trendy, unisex, nature. I think it fits in well with several names on your list. To name a few: Hazel, Kiera, Poppy, August, Flynn, Elliott.
