Suggestions for 2-syllable names w/ emphasis on 2nd syllable (i.e. Noelle, Celeste)

Preferably nothing too modern-sounding or recently invented. Also would prefer names that don't start with vowels.

    Thanks guys <3

I agree, French names are the way to go. (In French, the accent is often quite evenly split, but the English pronunciation exaggerates the stress on the second syllable for most of these.)

    Benoîte
    Brigitte
    Camille
    Cécile
    Colombe
    Cosette
    Fabienne (fab-YEN)
    Flavienne (flav-YEN)
    Gaëlle
    Ghislaine
    Giselle
    Julienne (ju-LYEN)
    Lucienne
    Lucille
    Lucrèce
    Marcelle
    Mathilde
    Mireille
    Morgane
    Nadège
    Pascale
    Perrine
    Priscille
    Roxane
    Sibylle
    Solange
    Sylvaine

If you don't mind them beginning with vowels:

    Adèle
    Agathe
    Angèle
    Annette
    Armelle
    Edwige
    Estelle
    Odile
    Olympe
    Yvette
    Yvonne
