Wow, I can now say I've seen Tryphena actually in use!

I also love Lulu Belle, Sophronia, Altha, Dalea, Adamina, Zell, Eula (tidy pruning of Eulalia!), Delsa Elvira, Maude Myrtle, Birdie Fay, Eventa, Zina, Zoreatha, Jenneve and Avice. Birdie Bell is adorable, if a funny image. And for the men, Seneca, Leonidas, Merlin, Edwin Cozy, Monroe, Winfield (what a charming surname-turn-given), Grover, Asa Clifford, Thane Elmo, Lamphier, Alvadore, Alpheus, Thorland, Irby, Vordean and Rhine.

I wonder how much personal meaning and obscure etymology is buried in some of these names.

    Thank you for sharing!
