    Irish babe needs a middle

I’ve completely fallen for the name Aodh for my son, but I can’t think of a good middle name for it. I love traditional Irish names and English classics. Other boy names I’m obsessed with are Odhran James (said OARin) and Tadhg Oisín (said TIEG oSHEEN). Aodh is pronounced the same as the letter E.

    Thank you all so much!

It's pronounced E? I'm not familiar with Irish pronounciation. I think this would be difficult in the US.

My Irish partner (named Aidan, from same name) believes this name is pronounced like the letter A, like his name but minus the dan (Aidan means little fire I believe). This seems to be the agreement here also https://forvo.com/search/Aodh/
I prefer the spelling Aedh just from familiarity I think, think it also looks a bit more intuitive for pronunciation maybe?
