The baby will go by the first name or nickname! Using family names for the first for our boys is an old family tradition, but doesn’t apply to girls! Woohoo! So I’m trying to match with “Fitz” and “collier” and it doesn’t have to have the formality of William or James!

Love Virginia, Hazel & Edith, but I don’t think we can use those/ they’re little girls of family friends. Love Adeline, but dislike “Addy” and Lola is a family pet! Frustrating!!

    Still thinking about Winnie.

Sidenote- I love Winifred and I think as long as you didn't plan to use Winnie it shouldn't be an issue.

In general though names that really stuck out to me when I hear Collier and Fitz are:
    Imogen
    Eudora
    Mabel
    Esme
    Lynneth
    Tabitha
    Eponine
    Alice
    Virginia
    Hazel
    Josephine
    Lilith

    Matilda
    Lola
    Adeline
    Gemma
    Opal
    Thisbe
    Scarlett
    Edith
    Margaret
    Lydia

And a few boys names that come to mind also:
    Declan
    Archer
    Huxley
    Euan/Ewan
    Wyatt
    Holland
    Desmond
    Hugo
    Edgar
    Lachlan
    Orwell/Orville
    Alistair
    Roald

.Love boys name suggestions! I’d love to know your thoughts on Martin Penn nn “Penn” with The other boys’ names. These are both family names.
Also liking Lachlan (we’ve discussed Locke) and Archer! Thanks!!

In my husband’s family, the boys are named after a close relative and then go by their unique middle. My first son and his father share the same first name and go by their middle and our second son is named after a great grandfather. Our daughter will go by her first, however!! So I’m trying to match her first with what my boys are called!

    Thanks for your help!
I’m obsessed with Emmeline, but a friend at work named her dd thatI’ve thought about Rosemary for a middle.
    That’s definitely our style!

    Thanks for replying!
I can’t use Virginia or Imogen, unfortunately, but those are definitely our style! I’ve always like Inez, but I don’t think my husbands family could handle saying it! Do you think Inez could work with my boys’names?

Grace is a big contender for middle spot since it’s a family name. Other family names are: Constance, Oneida, Velma, Vionne. Some harsh sounding ladies!
