I love the name Mack! Personally I think almost any M name would work. Mack is such a general, friendly nickname so it seems very usable. Like if you choose Matthew and call him Mack, I don't think many people would be confused how you get Mack out of that. Maybe that's just me though. If I ever have a little boy, I want to name him Morgan Zachary and use Mack as a cute family nickname. I thought of that by just combining the sounds of Morgan and Zack. I don't think it's too much of a stretch. (Once again, maybe it's just me)Maybe you could use that idea too? Like Matthew Jack/Jackson or Mason Zachary. I think it's an option if you can't find a name you like that naturally leads to Mack.
Another name to consider is Macklin. I once coached a little boy who had this name but he went by Mack.
Also Maxwell would work too.
