    Is Margaret pretty? or boring?

My husband really really likes the name Margaret for a girl, and I do too. I think it's so pretty and classic. We also love the name Margot and would use that as a nickname.

The response to the name in real life hasn't been great, to say the least. People say it's boring and old ladyish.

I'm also not sure how well it goes with my son's name Le0.

So what do you guys think of the name? and do you like it with brother Le0?

I think it is very pretty, but yes, unfortunately, it is boring and outdated.

I think it is a classic, and with so many nickname possibilities, it can definitely be updated and cute for a little girl.

I think it's one of those names that has been unfashionable and associated with older people for so long that it could potentially be revived. I love Margot. You could always just use that.

I think it's a lovely classic. It's too versatile to be boring! I have a soft spot for Maggie and Meg, but Margo is great too.
