I'm not sure having the word 'Cross' in her name would be the best idea - if she gets in a mood at school one day, Cross Krosley could be a bit of a hard playground nickname to shake. That aside, it also sounds a bit made up - I've never come across it before, and tagging -ley endings onto random words is quite popular at the moment, so if it is legit then I'm sure you can understand how it can come across as made up to those unfamiliar with it. The spelling is a bit ambiguous (if I heard the name, I would be inclined to put a double s in the middle when guessing the spelling) and it sounds a bit more like a surname to a first name to me.

If it's the K beginning you like, Larkub101 has some good suggestions.

If it's the -ley ending and unisex feel that you like:
Delaney (not quite -ley but close)
Finley (I don't consider this unisex but it depends where you're from)
Ainsley (again, unisex dependent on location)

No offense intended, but it's just ugly.
