I don't care for it. I think of three things: Bob Marley, Marley the dog, and an annoying character played by Kate Hudson.

I know a girl named Marley, although she spells it Mar-Lee. Haha. In that aspect, I think Marley is vastly superior! (Not a fan of yoo-neek names. At all.) That being said, it's not one of my favorites. I usually think of the dog movie and then I just get sad.

I think it's fine. It is a nice cute sweet girl name.
It's no different than Presley (for a girl) and comparable to Hendrix for a boy.

It may be trendy but it's best to strike the iron whilst it's still hot.
If you're going to name a child Marley, now is the best time to do so.

It isn't my style but it certainly would not bother me to meet a little Marley - it's cute (though I do think of the sad dog movie!)

Thinking about a third baby... current favorites are

Arlo Wolf or Arlo Paz trying to decide for a girl! Ivy? Luna?

I love it! We had Mali on our list (To get people away from the dog)...But then Mali is a war torn 3rd world country and that was not a great association either! I think it is spunky and a neat name!
