While it has somewhat of a feminine sound, Loki has too much of a negative association in mythology for me to like it on a child, boy or girl. I would think the parents of the child didn't do any research in the history of Loki.

Definitely not for a girl, I don't like Artemis on a boy either.

I don't think Loki works on a girl. I would also think the parents were ignorant of and failed to research the name's history.
