    I like it well enough as a boy's name. But I don't really feel like it's unisex.

    I don't like the Friends connection. It might not be easy to have everyone reminded of Friends when they hear your name, all your life. And I agree with above posters, it's even more out of place on a girl.
    To each their own I guess.

    I think definitely no as a girls name. I know a Chandler and I think it works well as a boys name. It's not my personal style but I like it and think it is refreshing in that you don't hear it too often. I feel like the Friends references are just going to fade and I personally wouldn't let that deter me from using a name. Is Friends really going to be relevant to a baby born in 2013 or beyond? I feel the same way about the friends reference with the name Phoebe.

    I see it as completely masculine as well, although I'm way too much of a Friends fan to use it. For me it would be forever tied to Chandler Bing.
