    I like Cecily.

Let's just hope you don't run into any problems with pronunciation. My mom's name is Cecia (pronounced see-suh), but people have called her everything from See-sha to Suh-see-uh to Sess'-see-uh to Cecelia and even Kesha!
Worried your child may never find his/her name on a keychain, license plate, etc.? Try this NEW way of personalizing gifts and accessories and choose the name you've always wanted for your baby!

I think you still might get the nn Cece with Cecily or Cecilia if they are used in the fn spot. You can certainly fight against it, but, if you really hate the nn, it is something to consider.
