Phillipa Eve and Phillipa Winter are the most striking to me. Congratulations on your girls! You must be so excited.

I chose Eve. With a 3 syllable first name, I'd like something short. Rose is very overused. Eleanor had the same # of syllables as the first. Winter was too matchy with Gray. Seren and Whitt just didn't have the same style Charlotte's very popular on this site.

Yeah, we did consider it, but in the end we decided that since we're not French and it felt a little fru-fru, the -an ending was the way to go for us.

I like Philippa Eve the best. I think it has a feminine yet sporty feel to it, and it sounds the best with Vivian Gray.

Philippa Charlotte, Philippa Eleanor, and Philippa Elspeth are lovely but too regal compared to Vivian Gray (and Pippa Middleton is Philippa Charlotte).
Like others pointed out, Philippa Winter it too matchy with Gray (and in a drab kind of way, whereas Gray alone is spunkier), and Philippa Seren doesn't quite have the flow Philippa Eva does. Rose is nice, but a bit filler, and Rose and Gray together sound more like colors than individual names. I could get behind Philippa Whitt, but it does have short-i assonance, if that matters.

Vivian and Philippa are both beautiful names! Congrats on your girls!
