I think they go very well together but if you are worried about it Sylvia sounds similar to Celia and I know a girl named Lucille who goes by Celia (for some reason...)

Love, love, love! If I have another girl, I would use Alice. My husband would not agree to Celia, but I tried with both kids. Love both names.

I love Alice and Celia together! I say go for it or use Cecelia with nn Celia.

Alice, Harry, and Celia make a lovely set!

No, I don't think they're too matchy. Like everyone else said, I don't think many people would pick up on the fact that they're anagrams.
Not expecting, just having fun collecting names!

My name is Erin. I am 24 years old and I have been a proud name nerd since I was 10.
