I love Katherine Lily or Katherine Violet. Kate Lily is nice, too. With Kate alone, I also like Kate Holly, Kate Olive, Kate Iris, Kate Laurel, and Kate Ivy.
Mom to Alexander Patrick (11), Madelyn Esther (8), Genevieve Susan (3), and Theodore James (stillborn at 37 weeks on February 3, 2014). Expecting #5 (a girl) in May 2015 -- Penelope Bridget.

Boys: Everett, Sebastian, Augustus, Samuel, Julian, Nicholas, Desmond, Jasper, Ezekiel, Malcolm
Girls: Bridget, Felicity, Elizabeth, Penelope, Leona, Ophelia, Elodie, Callista, Miriam, Delilah

I would use a classic or vintage nature middle name: Iris, Lily, Bryony, Violet, Hazel.

To me, a name like Sarah fits very well with Jane. Also, Anna, Claire, Emma, Lucy, Molly, Mary, Tess.

    Sarah Lily
    Sarah Violet
    Anna Violet
    Anna Hazel
    Claire Lily
    Claire Bryony
    Emma Hazel
    Emma Violet
    Lucy Iris
    Lucy Hazel
    Molly Iris
    Molly Hazel
    Mary Violet
    Mary Hazel
    Tess Bryony
    Tess Lily

Boy Combinations: Archer Solomon James, Ronan Charles Bennett, Everett Hawthorn Thomas
Girl Combinations: Phoebe Marietta Pearl, Clara Daphne Eloise
Other Favorites: Eliza (Eliza Wren), Juliet, Rosanna, Thea, Johanna, Jude

I like Leah/Lia more than Kate alone as they feel more complete, but would pop Katharine back into the running as Jane and Katharine mesh well. I also liked the mention of Claire.

    Leah Hazel
    Leah Iris
    Leah Ivy
    Leah Jessamine
    Leah Violet
    Leah Fern

    Katharine Lily
    Katharine Lilac
    Katharine Viola
    Katherine Cicely

These are all long middles and maybe do work best with one syllable firsts...
Claire Veronica (I love Veronica flowers)
    Claire Bryony
    Claire Marguerite
    Claire Magnolia
