Jane and Rose are two of my favorites! So gorgeous. However, not sure they go so well with your other kids names. How about Cate? It would follow the C theme you have and matches in style. Connor, Claire, and Cate.

Jane is wonderful, I love it very much for a first name! Birdie is great too.
    Other ideas:
    Holly
    Ruby
    Lucy
    Natalie
    Eve/Evie/Eva
I agree with PP that Cate is lovely and keeps the "C" theme if you would like to continue it.

I think Jane is the best fit with the sibling set.
