    I LOVE Nola and Sabine. The others seem a bit weighty and aged for a little one.

    The only one I don't care for is Minerva. Nickname Minnie makes it sweet though.
    With your sibset, I think Sabine is the best. Theodora or Nola fit nicely as well, but Sabine is a bit more exotic. Caius and Otto have the same feel.
    Thea and Nola are personal favorites, but I like Nola as a nn for Magnolia or Finola, Thea as a nn for Dorothea. It is hard for me to choose between Dorothea and Theodora though. I think since Theodora doesn't actually have Thea in it, I like Dorothea better.

    I love all of these names, especially Minerva. Whilst all of these names can work with your son's names, I do like Caius, Otto and Minerva the most.
