    I can see it working, nicknames can come from anything and it's often nicer to use the less obvious/common ones for a name. I think Margaret goes better with Harold as it's more formal than Margo, though I do like Margo on it's own and if you want her to be called that and only that then it might be better to use just Margo as people are more likely to try and call her Maggie or Maisie or something else if she's Margaret, and once she starts school you might not be able to control it.

    There's nothing wrong with Margaret Cecilia "Maci" BUT I vastly prefer Margaret "Margo" or just Margo with Harold. Both Margaret and Margo go well with Harold.

    No name is too 'teen mom', too 'Twilight' or so on. If you love the name, it doesn't matter if all the chatter at the time is about a show that has a name you like/ named your child.
