    I really like Ravensdale, that would be my first choice, if I were you. I like Bexley, too. Don't have any brilliant suggestions at the moment, though if you want it to be unusual I'd stay away from Mc-anything (McGraw, McPhee, etc.) the prefix Mc is way to common. It depends on if you want a more mysterious sort of surname, like Ravensdale, or something less mysterious and just plain unusual. When I'm making up surnames, sometimes I'll just take an adjective and a noun and combine them, like Redlake or Darkwell.
