    Calista - Sounds fine, but not my taste.
    Thalia - It depends how you pronounce it.
    Allegra - All I think of is the medicine.
    Clio - I like it better Cleo, and as a nickname.
    Freya- Seems to be a fine and normal name, but I really don't like it or think it's pretty.
    Calypso - No way.
    Cordelia - great.
    Io - I wouldn't use it. People won't get it.
    Philadelphia - A little too far-fetched to me.

    I live in the deep South, not the Midwest, but these would get raised eyebrows for sure around here:

    Allegra
    Freya
    Calypso
    Io
    Philadelphia

    Allegra and Freya would be easy to get used to though.

    I find them all quite usable, with the exception of maybe Io or Calypso, all save Philadelphia, which I don't find usable at all. But I'll explain my reaction to that on your Philadelphia thread.

    Calista nn Callie -- Calista perfectly usable. There were 195 Calista's and 77 Callista's born in 2012, which combined, aren't too far outside the top 1000.
    Thalia -- I don't see why this one would be unusable.
    Allegra -- Even with the allergy medicine association, I still like it and still see it as usable.
    Clio -- It's a bit more out there but it's still fine.
    Freya -- Usable as well.
    Calypso -- Might be a bit too out there.
    Cordelia nn Cora -- Perfectly fine.
    Io (should this be a nickname for a longer name?) -- Too out there.
    Philadelphia -- Too related to the city.
