Freya, Thalia and Cordelia are totally usable. I'm from the Midwest and I actually knew a Thalia.

I think you could get away with Calista.

The others are out there, and Allegra is an allergy medication...

Callista is my favorite out of your list, beautiful name. I am not fond of Allegra and I think Philadelphia and Calypso are too much.

Calista (Callie), Freya, Cordelia, Thalia, Allegra and Clio (Though I prefer the spelling Cleo) are all usable in my opinion.

    Calista nn Callie- Love this
Thalia- Not my fav, but wouldn't blink if I met one
Allegra- Good name, but reminds me of allergy meds
Clio- I actually really like this one, but I'd use the Cleo spelling. Clio, every time I see it written out, reminds me of a certain female body part.
Freya- HUGE guilty pleasure of mine, but might be a little too out-there for the midwest
Calypso- Use Callie as a nickname and you should be ok
    Cordelia nn Cora- Wouldn't blink
Io (should this be a nickname for a longer name?)- No.
Philadelphia- Can't see this working. Just too much a city name for me. What about Delphine?
    Ann Christine

Mommy to Tobias Kevin, nn Toby
