I don't think you'd want to use all of them for a daughter, some of them are sad or might be inappropriate for a little girl (i.e., The Police 'Roxanne' which I didn't add)

I named my first cat after a song - Ava because I love Schubert's Ave Maria (youtube link). Didn't realize it would become such a popular girl's name.

I wouldn't use "Roxanne" by the Police. It makes Cecilia seem kosher... Sorry for any repeats.

I disagree with the point about changing the lyrics for songs. You could but it kinda ruins the point. Cecilia is a great name and a great song. But it's kind of an either or. The only Cecilia I knew of HATED that song.
I feel the same way about Eleanor.
I think Clementine is kind of cheesy. The worst part about the song is the fact she is supposed to be fat and ugly.

I love Caroline and Sweet Caroline. I remember a song about Kate which was nice.
There are quite a few songs about Amy (Amie), Maria.
I heard an old recently about Julia that was pretty.
If type names into youtube, names you like into youtube you will be surprised to see how many songs with names in them you will find if they're not too unusual.
I would look up the lyrics and make sure they're nice. Even if you change the lyrics, she'll eventually find out the real lyrics.
    Good Luck!
