I love Kay for a first name. My step- Granny is called Cathleen and she goes by Kay and I adore it.

I love Kay. Makes me think of all things Arthurian, not mom-jeans. Wasn't there a Kay in Paul Bowles' The Sheltering Sky?
I was thinking of Kay, or Cay, for a possible future Acacia.

I think Kay is blah. Boring. Just a single letter. K.

I love the combo, but it's the Elizabeth June part that makes it. I do like the suggestion of using Kay as a nickname for Katherine. Katherine Elizabeth June is gorgeous!
