I love Cosima, and Sts Cosmas and Damian are amazing. (My mother's a physician too, and we always had St Pantaleimon hanging in our kitchen.)
I'd pause about Cosima Noor, but not for too long--she'll only use her middle name occasionally. If you love it, go for it. It sounds like it's quickly becoming your baby.

If you want the meaning light of the cosmos, there's always Photini, Fiona, Eleni, Lucienne, Helene.
    Ooooh. Cosima Helene. Complètement merveilleuse.

    Cosima Sylvie
Cosima Chrysanthe (do you like alliteration?)
    Cosima Maris
    Constance Theophane
    Rosamond Noor
    Myriam Helene
    Myriam Sylvie

Constance is splendid, and I like the nod to St Constantine. I love Myriam, and there are so many wonderful saint Marys out there. My saint is Brigid of Kildare, and Brigitte is rather sweet. Philothea, Thekla, Genevieve, and Lydia are other saints I cherish. Philothea's on my short list, with the nickname Thea.

Not that you need more names, but today I've been loving Cecile, Corisande, and Adelaïs.

Have you thought about looking into patron saints first, then building a name around the saints you're most drawn to?
