I like it far better on a boy than on a girl. Its cool, not a favourite, but I like it.

I actually like Casey equally on a boy and a girl, it's one of the few names I genuinely wouldn't expect or prefer to see on either one or the other.

    Samuel * Thomas * Charlie * Reuben * Oliver * George

I really like Casey. I think it's a cool, handsome name for a guy.

I new a guy and a girl named Casey. Both were really fun and friendly, outgoing people. Its a name I like on both genders.

I know 3 people named Casey. One is female, and the other two are male (though in one case, Casey is a nickname for Charles). It seems to be fairly unisex.
