    I like this MUCH better than Eliott (however you want to spell it) for a girl. Eliette is very pretty.

    None of the above if it's for a girl. Elliott or Elliot if it's for a boy.

    This would be my suggestion as well, if you would like to use Elliott for a girl go with Eliette, it is a legitimate french female name and sounds exactly the same as the english male Elliott
