    Could this work?

Is having sons named Bugsy and Marlon too close to the movie Bugsy Malone? Personally, I doubt that many people these days are incredibly acquainted with the movie but please set me straight if you think I am wrong. My mother seems to think it's a terrible idea.

Our son Bugsy was named for Bugsy Malone as it holds special significance to my husband.
While I was trying to think up a meaningful boys name someone suggested to me to name him after and actor or movie character that I loved. Well, Marlon Brando has been my favourite actor since I saw A Streetcar Named Desire when I was 10 years old. My Great-Grandmother, who I was extremely close to, met him in 1951 and was also a huge fan of his work. And well, I am really starting to adore and love the name Marlon.

Please let me know what you think? Are the names too recognizable? Is it stupid to name both of our sons for Actors/Movie Titles?

    Thanks in advance,
Mama to Bugsy William, Jem Richmond and Tallulah Dorothy.
