    I like your choices. I actually like Charlotte and Caroline, because although they both start with C, they have different sounds. Sh vs. C.
    Ivy Grace is also adorable. Also, what about Elizabeth or Isabelle? Both go well with Caroline and the middle name Grace, but the only downside is popularity.

    We actually just call her Caroline. No one has come up with a nn yet for her, which is ok with me. Thanks for your suggestions!

    Family gets used to names and loves the child no matter what. Ivy Grace would be my choice.

    I think that Camille and Caroline sounds absolutely stunning together. They work well as a sibset without being too similar to each other.

    My second favourite from your list is Greta.

    I love Catherine. There aren't a lot of Cate's but there are a lot of Kate's, Katie's, etc. another nickname could be Wren. I think Caroline & Catherine are lovely siblings. Have you thought about Catherine Grace? It's a lovely combo.
