    Kira is the only spelling known where I come from but I wouldn´t mind Keira either. I like them both.

    If you use the original Ciara spelling in the states, it will always be pronounced like Sierra.
    If you are looking for the 3-syllable name then you should use the Kiera version, as in Knightley.
    If you want it pronounced with two syllables, then I would use Kyra, like actress Sedgewick. =]

    Keira Knightley's name has two syllables - 'keer-a'.

    Traditional Ciara is my favourite too. Of the Anglicisations I like Kira the most.
