The Fantastic Beasts films are not new installments in the Harry Potter franchise. The Harry Potter series and the Fantastic Beasts series are separate series that take place in the same universe in different time periods and with different characters. (Yes, Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald are characters in the Harry Potter series. No, the overlap does not mean HP and FB are the same series.) The correct phrasing would be “the ninth installment in J. K. Rowling’s Wizarding World franchise.” This is the proper name of her collected works in this universe.

I love the name Hutton. But there are some words/names that contain the letter T in the middle that are awkward to pronounce. Will everyone say the more slurry Hut-in or the more enunciated Hut-tin? This T problem stopped me from considering Martin for my son.

I love the name Gardner! I like nature names, so this name gives a nature type vibe.

My friend has a daughter named Letty! Named after her great grandmother.

Caliban is a bad guy in a movie I watched a looooong time ago. Can’t recall what film. But it still reeks “bad boy” to me. That may appeal to some but not me. I adore Leticia/Laetitia and beyond adore Letty. And Cassian is swoony!
