This was a great article 🙂
I actually love Megan so I am glad it is on this list.

I really hope Cecilia doesn’t become too popular in the future! love that name 🙂

I definitely agree about Colin. I just looked at the popularity chart for Colin since I’ve seen it in real life several times recently, and it’s been gradually climbing since 1880–never out of the Top 1000. I just hope it isn’t the next Aidan: a name I loved until I started seeing it every time I turned around.

Kylie seems more like a fad name, a la Ashley and Kaylee, than a modern classic, but I could be wrong.

Great article! I adore Calvin – I definitely think it’s more on the side of classic than modern, but it fits right in on this list. Love Graham, Miles, Amelia, Cecilia and Eliza. I’m surprised Emma is here, but I suppose it has spiked recently. Very interesting post. 🙂

Outstanding analysis! I really enjoyed reading this blog. Cecilia and Naomi are two of my all-time favorite names.

And, I agree with you that Hope is timeless. It is a classic in my book. I went to school with a Hope who is now in her early 30s. I also know a preschooler named Hope.

The only names I disagree with you on are Kylie and Harmony — I fear both are too trendy, and Kylie always felt made up to me.

It will be interesting to see how your predictions pan out — I think most of them are spot on.

I love these names! I found my niche. All three of my boys’ names are on your lists. I would love to hear what other ones you would include!
