I was just thinking of Laureate as a name– kind of a Lorelei+Juliette/Harriet blend and the meaning fits perfectly with this list!

You forgot the John Newbery Award, Michael Printz Award, Coretta Scott King Award, Randolph Caldecott Medal, and the prestigious Hans Christian Andersen Medal. Also the Christopher Award. All in children’s books, most appropriate for this site, one would think.

Ooooh too many good ones to list them all! So many of these are right in line with my ‘style’… Whatever that may be!

@miloowen: The list was getting so long I just had to stop at some point and go with the names I thought people might like.
