Such a cute name. When I was in school I knew a female Ashton but we didn't get along at all. Even though we didn't like each other it didn't put a damper on the name for me. When I heard it on Ashton Irwin 5 Seconds of Summer, one of my favorite bands it was like love at first sight for me. I love how the name fit him to a tea and no other name could fit him better. I love this name and would probably pair this with Michael despite the fact the 5SOS has a Michael in it too.

I live in North England and a town near where I live is called Ashton so this has never felt like a person's name to me.

Gorgeous combination! I know a James Ashton.

This is definitely a boy's name. It's a fabulous name because it sounds both modern and classic. It sounds cool on a young boy but still very sharp and distinguished on a grown up adult.

I knew a female Ashton at school and obviously knew about Ashton Kutcher so this name has always been unisex to me. Now, thanks to Ashton Irwin from 5 Seconds of Summer, one of my favourite bands, I definitely prefer Ashton for a boy.
