Of your girl names, Charlotte is by far my favorite. I love classic names, and it is one of my personal top choices. I do think Eliana and Alaina are very pretty and feminine, too. Jessamine and Corrina aren't really my style. I think instead of Ellen, Charlotte Eleanor would be very pretty!
For the boys, Beckett is my favorite, as I really like surname names. However, Beckett and Charlotte don't sound ideal together, so Benjamin would be cute. Cole, Mason, and Trenton all sound very trendy to me, but I do like Chase, Maxwell, and Theodore, which are very different styles...

My favorite for the girl names is Jessamine! So pretty. I also adore Charlotte but it is so popular. For boys, I suppose I would pick Beckett. None of them are really my style. Trenton, Mason, and Cole feel a little trendier. The thing about Trenton (which might not bother you) is that the capital of New Jersey is Trenton and parts of it are not so nice.
Good Luck!

*Diane: Diane is a family name for me, too, but I personally plan on using the more stylish Diana should I honor her. I really love the name Diana. :-)

Of your names this is what I think:
Girls' Names:
Eliana *Diane - Like Eliana, though I prefer Illeana
Jessamine - It's okay
*Ellen - Just call her Ellen, if you're gonna shorten it to Elle or Ella (Ella is the same syllables) then just name her that
Charlotte - Again with the Lottie, I know that dropping the beginning of a name is a European thing to do I really dont advocate nicknames. You may as well just name her Lottie.
Corinna - Lovely just as it is
Alaina/Elaina - I prefer it spelled Alayna. I like the name.
Boys' Names:
Beckett - its okay
Cole - boring
Mason - too popular
Trenton - sounds like the name of a river or other body of water

Girls' Names:
Eliana - I like the name Eliana, it's very elegant. However, all the Ella/Ellie nns are very popular at the moment, so that may make it a bit less unique. Would you use a nn? If so, you could go with Liana, Lee, Ana, etc. to distinguish it.
*Diane - I'm not so keen on Diane. I prefer Diana, and I MUCH prefer Dinah, which I think sounds a lot fresher.
Jessamine - I like Jess as a nn, but Jessamine reminds me a bit of Jezebel with all of those associations.
*Ellen (nn Ellie/Ella) - see Eliana.
Charlotte (nn *Lottie) - I love the name Charlotte (and love Lottie as a nn) but it's getting quite popular. Not sure if that bothers you though.
Corinna (nn Cora) - not my style
Alaina/Elaina - I prefer Elaina, and I think it's very pretty. Again, there's the Ellie/Ella nn thing, but I love Laney as a nn for this one.
My favourites are Charlotte and (if you used the Lane or Laney nn) Elaina.
Boys' Names:
Beckett - LOVE
Cole - I really like Cole as well. It's simple, strong and masculine.
Mason - I love this one too!
Trenton (nn Trent) - I'm a bit less keen on Trenton but it's still a nice name.
My favourite of your boys' names is probably Beckett but running very close to Mason.
Good luck!
