Nicknames!

I am trying to decide on an attractive nickname for our daughter. We plan to primarily call her by her nickname. Therefore, I am working backwards. First, we want to select a great-sounding nickname. Then, we will choose a formal name for the birth certificate, accordingly. The formal name will probably only be used at her graduation, wedding, or on resumes. So the big question remains, what nickname do you think sounds best---Ellie, Gracie, or Libby? I think we have finally narrowed it down to these three. Which one do you think sounds the prettiest? Thank you for your help!

I like the name Gracie, but it's so popular right now. Ellie is also very darling, but again popular. Of the three, Libby is my least favorite.

What would the formal names of Ellie and Libby be? Eleanor and Elizabeth?

Wilhelmina - nn Willa

Penelope - nn Poppy, Penny, Nell

Margaret - nn Maggie, Molly, Margo

Celia - nn Cici, Cissy

I love Libby! Short for:
Elizabeth or any variation of Elizabeth (ie Elsbeth, Elsabeth, Elisabet...)
Liberty
Lilibeth
Lydia
Olivia

On a side note, my husband's parents did this when they named him, but I love his full name so much that I call him by that rather than the nickname that he went by as a child. Now he goes by that name more than his nickname (except with his parents, siblings and childhood friends). So bare in mind, that Ellie may go by Eleanor as an adult, which is kind of a nice option for her.

Libby is my favorite since it is by far the least heard.

My daughters name is Ellie, not short for anything! But it could be short for Elizabeth/Elisabeth. Libby is also adorabel, short for the same thing!

I love the nickname Libby and a formal name of Liberty or Elizabeth.
For Ellie you could use Elianna/Eliana, what about these nicknames with formal names:

Evie-Genevieve, Eva, Eve
Izzy-Isabelle/Isabella
Bella/Belle-Isabella/Belle
