I thnk Miriam Belle is maybe a little too pretty and girly. Miriam Paige has a little more spark to it

I LOVE Miriam Belle, very pretty and I think Miriam sounds quite spunky on it's own, fantastic combo! Also a big fan of the nickname Miri for Miriam :) good luck!

I adore the name Miriam! I'm not really a fan of surname names, so I prefer Belle over Paige.

I really love Miriam Belle. Miriam Paige doesn't have that same flow to me. :)

I really like Miriam, but to tell you the truth, I don't much like Belle or Paige. Are you definitely looking for a 1-syllable mn?
Others that would go well with Miriam are
Pearl
Plum
Bay
Bird/Byrd
Beth
Bliss
Blythe
Blue
Bree
Brooke
(I just stuck with P- and B- names since I don't know what your style is.)

I'll vote for Miriam Belle, because Paige feels too trendy to me with Miriam.
Good luck! :-)

I agree with Jill in that Paige is quite trendy, and that Belle would be the more classic choice. I think that Miriam is spunky enough to cope perfectly well with the feminine Belle, and I also think the flow of Miriam Belle is perfect.
Miriam Blythe is another option which I adore.
