Hello!
I love the name Sienna but it is already the name of my cousin's daughter. Could you please recommend similar names? Thanks!

In terms of a similar sound, I'd suggest:
Sierra (but please not "Cierra" or "Cyera")
Serena
Seren (welsh for "star")
Selena/Celine
Samara/Samira
Ciel ("Si-yelle", french for "sky")
Cyan ("Sigh-ann", a shade of blue)
Sanne ("Sanna", a dutch variant of Susan/Susannah)
Estella or Estrella (spanish for "star")
Hope one of those sparks an interest, and good luck with the naming!

Savannah
Sahara
Summer
However, I wonder if you're asking about the feeling of the name, which is harder. Here are some names that remind me of Sienna (quite a few are place names, although I realise that references Siena rather than Sienna):
Isla (although also popular now)
Indigo
Scarlet
Chiara
Saffron
Shiloh
Vianne
Catalina
Aspen
Assisi (I love this, but of course there may be teasing issues)
Cairo
Ceylon
Capri (love this pronounced cap-REE, although the island is CAP-ree)
Genoa
Vienna (might be too close for cousins!)
Havana
India
Rio
Verona

Good Luck:)
