I love the name Sienna but it is already the name of my cousin's daughter. Could you please recommend similar names? Thanks!

In terms of a similar sound, I'd suggest:

Sierra (but please not "Cierra" or "Cyera")
Serena
Seren (welsh for "star")
Selena/Celine
Samara/Samira
Ciel ("Si-yelle", french for "sky")
Cyan ("Sigh-ann", a shade of blue)
Sanne ("Sanna", a dutch variant of Susan/Susannah)
Estella or Estrella (spanish for "star")

I have been wondering about this myself, but only because I've loved Sienna for years and now it's so popular. Some great soundalike suggestions above, to which I would add:

Thanks! Im not sure what I like about the name but its one of my favorites. I like Catalina, chiara, isla and scarlett too.
