Guilty Pleasure Names...

I was thinking about this today. Names we LOVE but wouldn't use... we've all got 'em! What are yours?

Alexis - soooo popular but I LOVE it. Don't know why, but I think it's beautiful.

Delilah - gorgeous. Unfortunately also (according to my parents), "a painted whore"
Ophelia - tragedy! But a gorgeous sound.
Olivia - such a pretty name, but too popular
Amelia - mom used it for the cat!
Julia - dad used it for the dog!
Clementine - I love it, husband veto'd
Annabelle - ditto
Columbine - such a pretty flower, but such a horrifying event
Scout - love the book, but a better nickname I think
Lola - love it, but too sultry


Boys:
William - already too many in our family
Julian - husband thinks it's "sissy," though I love it
Dashiell - cute, but we're not bold enough to pull it off
Atticus - husband veto'd

Fergus - great old family name, but husband veto
Elijah - love it, but we know too many babies with this name

OOoh! A few more. Being from Louisiana, I love French names for girls - but we're so Anglo (I'm an Anglo-Louisianian not French, and my husband is from Midwest) that these would probably be ridiculous on our child:
