I get the love of -er ending names and I like Dexter (and Baxter) but I don't think either stands up to Titan. And Hunter is honestly really pretty bland and common, I know bunches.
Some more unusual boys names with similar endings:
Lysander Flint
Alasdair Onyx
Leander Corbin
Balthazar Phoenix
Girls: I really do love Talia/Tahlia, but your current spelling just looks confusing/untailored to me. I would just go with Talia, I think. But if you're still looking for other options, I liked lori johnson's suggestion of Juno Violet, and also:
Demetria Azure
Lilac Winter
Circe Gemma
Indigo Sibyl
Vesper Topaz
Hesper/Hesperia Golda

Thanks for the feedback everyone! My husband and I had so much fun going through all your suggestions. For now it looks like the front runner is Dex Reid. Thanks also for the spelling suggestions for Taliya/Talia/Tahlia. We're not set on a spelling yet but prefer the pronunciation ta-LEE-a so likely we will choose the spelling that we think best reflects that. Tricky! Thanks all again for your input!
