Name suggestions for two puppies: something out of the ordinary

So two beautiful Bernese mountain dog puppies are coming to live at my house permanently soon, a boy and girl. Very excited, and since I love naming things my family has given the naming rights to me which is a plus but I also think they just couldn't be too bothered.

In the past we have had two dogs, a male Old English Sheepdog named Whitlam and a female Irish Wolfhound named Zelda. Both are pretty interesting names and I want to continue the trend.

So far I have been looking at the names Octavia, Sorcha and Gypsy for the girl and Orsino and Sinbad for the boy.

So I was wondering if you have any suggestions, or opinions for that matter on the names I have looked at.

    Thanks!

Girls: Eleanor, Louisa, Freya, Mia, Yvaine, Hazel, Pearl, Ruby, and Evie.

I like all these names (though Gypsy seems a little more "common" than the rest of your choices).

Since they're a pair, I'd probably name them for a famous couple--but not something so obvious as Bonnie and Clyde or Sonny and Cher. Since you like Orsino, what about Orsino and Viola? Sinbad and Sailor, or Sinbad and Scheherazade (kinda long-nn Hera? Zaidie?)? Octavia and Agrippa? Or not related to your names: Pyramus and Thisbe (seems appropriate since he's a Pyranese Mountain dog!), Abelard and Heloise, Ginger and Astaire, Pan and Wendy, Laurel and Hardy, Boris and Natasha, Hero (f) and Leander, Napoleon and Josephine, Basil and Sybil, Franny and Zooey, Celeste and Babar, Rhett and Scarlett, Robin and Marian, Samson and Delilah, Troilus and Cressida, Victoria and Albert, or Xerses and Esther.

Thanks! I quite like how you coupled them, my favourite pairs are Pyramus and Thisbe and Octavia and Agrippa. I have a friend in University named Viola, so it wouldn't go down well but I do love the pairing if only things were different. ^^

I'll think about them, but thanks again.
