My first baby doll which I recieved when I was two was named Isabella. I don't know how my two year old mind thought of Isabella, but I am glad I did. I didn't like stuffed animals that much, I prefered dolls more. But my treasured stuff animals that I didn't get rid of are:
Rosie Posey (my pink bunny)
Caramel (my stuffed puppy, and if anybody touched Caramel I would go ballistic)
Stich ( the adorable blue alien from Disney's Lilo and Stich)
Maggie (my stuffed baby lamb)
Pepper(my stuffed cat)
Puckers (my stuffed piggy)
My favourite childhood dolls:
Jenna ( my gorgeous doll with flaming red hair, that I still have)
Abigail (my doll with hair that was so pretty, until I gave her a hair cut)
Trina Rose (my beloved Cabbage Patch doll, that I still have)
Marigold (my Barbie)
Ella (my favourite Barbie)
Jane (my Barbie)
Eliza(my Barbie)An extremely name obsessed teenager . My all-time favourites are .....

I had so many, they're all still up in my cupboard, but I can't remember half of their names!
I do remember that my favourite teddy bear was called Duncan, and there was also Max, Noel and Little Bear (very inventive, right?). Some of the dolls names I can remember were Laura, Hannah, Jemima and Zoe.

My grandmother "Maw-maw" helped me name my favorite stuffed animals. We were in her kitchen preparing lunch, and she opened her spice cabinet for inspiration. For bear, Ginger. For gorilla, Copper. And for lion, Nutmeg. I had one doll as a little girl. She was 'life-like' and I carried her around with me everywhere. Her name was Kate.
Happy memories. =)--Megan

My Stuffed Friends
My brother, sister, and I used to have elaborate naming ceremonies for our stuffed animals. They were:
Scottie Teddy Barkley
Jean-Luc Picard (okay, I was a Star Trek fan)
No, I do not have a great memory. I kept a journal, and evidently, had nothing better to do one day than to write down the names of all my stuffed friends. I added one Barbie doll name to the list - Tzena - the only Barbie doll I ever named, after a song I liked from Girl Scout camp.
